The Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park is located about 50 km north of the city of Puerto Princesa, palawan, Philippines. Its features a limestone karst mountain landscape with an 8,2 navigable underground river.
One of th river's distinguishing features is that it emerges directly into the sea, and its lower portion is subject to tidal influences.
